Senior Manager - IFS Cloud & IT Systems

Our client, a growing food & beverage manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Manager – IFS Cloud & IT Systems to oversee and optimize their enterprise technology environment. This role has responsibility for both: Ownership and optimization of the IFS Cloud platformOversight of IT infrastructure and enterprise systemsThe role will guide IFS Cloud strategy and execution, while also managing the day-to-day performance, security, and reliability of the organization’s IT environment. Important: This role requires direct hands-on experience with IFS Cloud in a manufacturing environment. Experience with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics will unfortunately not meet the requirements of this role.What You Will ManageIFS Cloud Ownership & Governance Serve as the primary owner and internal expert for the IFS Cloud platformGuide system design and optimization across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and ProjectsOversee system configuration, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and testing cycles Ensure financial accuracy within IFS Cloud, including posting controls, inventory valuation, manufacturing costing, and intercompany structures Align system workflows with evolving business and operational priorities Financial & Manufacturing Systems Act as the functional authority for IFS Cloud financial modules and reportingOversee manufacturing costing models, cost rollups, overhead allocation, variance analysis, and WIP reconciliationWork closely with Finance and Operations teams to improve system efficiency and reporting Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements Systems Integration & Data Strategy Manage integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows across business applications Support EDI integrations and warehouse mobility solutionsStrengthen master data governance and reporting accuracyUse SQL and BI tools to validate data integrity and produce business insights IT Infrastructure & Technology Operations Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability and performance Manage cloud services, servers, storage, networks, and cybersecurity practicesOptimize and govern the Microsoft Office 365 environmentDevelop and enforce IT policies, security standards, and disaster recovery planningManage vendors, licensing, telecom services, and hardware procurement Team Oversight & Collaboration Oversee a multi-functional technology team, including: An IFS Cloud Manager responsible for system operations and support IT technicians supporting infrastructure and user systems Provide guidance, structure, and accountability across systems teams Drive documentation standards, user training, and system adoption Oversee system initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live supportQualificationsMandatory hands-on experience with IFS Cloud10+ years of IT and enterprise systems experience 5+ years managing IFS Cloud environments within manufacturing organizationsStrong expertise in financial systems and accounting processesDeep understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and financial controlsExperience managing system integrations, SQL-based reporting, and BI toolsExperience in food & beverage or manufacturing environments strongly preferredExperience overseeing systems teams and IT infrastructure operationsWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the center of the organization’s technology, finance, and manufacturing operations.
