Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, and ensure compliance with treatment models and timelines.Provide training, supervision, and support for clinical staff, including assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.Interface with providers, conduct audits, and facilitate community linkages to support youth and family services.Ensure adherence to policies, maintain high-quality clinical documentation, and facilitate staff training.Act as on-call supervisor, provide crisis intervention, and deliver individual, family, or group therapy as needed.Maintain licensure, participate in training, and work a flexible schedule in a culturally competent manner.Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b). Salary is $80,000 annually. Location is in person in Andover, MA.
