Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | Variable Hours/Variable DaysSalary Range: $67.26 and up, depending on relative experienceExternal candidates may be eligible for Relocation Assistance!Position SummaryThe Perfusionist operates the extracorporeal circulation equipment during any medical situation where it is necessary to support or replace a person's cardiopulmonary, circulatory, or respiratory function. The Perfusionist is responsible for the selection of appropriate equipment and techniques necessary for support, treatment, measurement, or supplementation of the cardiopulmonary and circulatory system of a patient, including the safe monitoring, analysis, and treatment of physiologic conditions under an order and under the supervision of a physician.Position QualificationsEducationGraduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program- OR- currently enrolled in an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program with an anticipated graduation prior to the date of the examination - OR- admitted to the examination process before April 15, 1981 -OR- previously certified by the ABCP.Certification/LicensureCCP: Certified Clinical Perfusionist required upon startBLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon startTotal RewardsWe offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:Competitive Pay: Hourly and salaried positions earn market-based compensation.
