Help Desk Support Tech
Pomeroy is hiring!! We are assisting our automotive client identify and hire several Help Desk Support Techs for a 6-month Citrix migration. This will be 100% remote. $22 an hour
DAY to DAY Responsibilities:
Assist end user on level 1 support after Citrix to Azure migration has been rolled out.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of Desktop/Help Desk support
Proficient with Win 10 and 11 Operating Systems
Software installation and troubleshooting experience
Citrix OR Virtual Desk experience a plus
Strong communication skills
$22 an hour-100% remote; must live in TN, FL, GA, SC, AL
**Qualified candidates must be able to pass successfully, a nationwide criminal background check and a 10-panel drug test**
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
