Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Information Services Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT support, data management, and information systems. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills, assist in system administration, and contribute to real-world projects that support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Support database management, data entry, and data analysis projects. Collaborate with the team to develop and test software applications and system enhancements. Provide support in cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring data protection and compliance. Document IT processes, technical solutions, and best practices. Assist with end-user training and support for various software and systems. Participate in special IT projects as assigned by the Information Services Manager. Qualifications & Skills: Currently pursuing a degree in Information technology, computer science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is a plus. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and database management. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
