Steam Engineer

Field Service Engineer This role is 60% site‑based and 40% workshop‑based in Gloucester. You’ll service, maintain, and repair steam boiler systems alongside compressors and related equipment, supporting a diverse client base. Responsibilities Work with advanced steam and compressed air systems across varied industrial sites Strong earning potential with overtime and excellent pension contribution Balanced role: field autonomy with structured workshop support Requirements Proven steam experience (industrial, marine, or naval) Multi‑skilled mechanical/electrical background Full UK driving licence Willing to stay away ~1 night per week Compensation & Benefits Salary up to £40,000 per annum Company vehicle 15% pension (5% employee / 10% employer) Overtime up to £8,000 25 days holiday + banks (rising to 27) Private medical post‑probation #J-18808-Ljbffr
