With our collaboration with Dynamic Minds Academy, we offer a unique hybrid model that combines evidence-based therapies with educational services, ensuring continuity of care and positive, lasting outcomes for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIndividualized Care: Evaluate and design tailored treatment plans and IEP goals.Evidence-Based Practice: Deliver interventions targeting motor deficits, self-regulation challenges, and daily life skills.Collaborative Teamwork: Train and support clinicians and educational staff, and actively participate in the Case Conference Committee.Leadership: Guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring excellence in patient care.Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous client records, track progress, and update treatment plans.Billing and Documentation: Efficiently handle weekly billing processes.Team Communication: Work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to provide cohesive client support.QualificationsLicensure: Must possess and maintain an Indiana Occupational Therapy license.Experience: Preferably two years, with a focus on ASD in ages 5-21.
