Coating Operator

Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Coating Operator in Andover, MA! This is a temp to hire opportunity.Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 6am-430pm.Pay rate: $23-26 DOEKey Responsibilities and Tasks- Machine Operation: Sets up, adjusts, and operates coating, dipping, or spraying equipment.- Surface Preparation: Prepares, cleans, and coats products.- Quality Control: Inspects coated items for defects such as uneven coverage, bubbles, or contaminants.- Material Preparation: Prepares coating materials like paint, adhesive, or lacquer.- Safety Compliance: Adheres to strict safety protocols, often involving toxic materials in industrial, well-ventilated environments.- Maintenance: Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.Requirements- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typical.- Experience: On-the-job training or previous experience in manufacturing is often required.- Physical Ability: Requires consistent standing, lifting (sometimes up to 75 pounds), and manual dexterity.If you are interested, apply here directly!Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
