BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR AND ADMINISTRATION

Betten Body Shop is looking for an experienced estimator to join our team! We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills, enthusiasm, and takes pride in their work. What we offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Plan Paid Vacation after 1 year Growth opportunities Paid Training Employee vehicle purchase plans Family owned and operated Long term job security Health and wellness Flexible Work Schedule Open door Policy Qualifications Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel Professional personal appearance Clean driving record At least six months verifiable estimating experience Experience with CCC estimating software is a plus, but not required Must be a team player Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department or person Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently Follow up with customers and Insurance representatives in a timely manner to ensure customers are kept informed throughout the estimate and repair processes.
