Software: Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite and SimplePractice (Preferred) Job Duties: Follow up with patient's treatment goals Implementing the plan of care through direct treatment Effectively document treatment notes and reports to supervisor. Coordinating and review treatment with other health care personnel Providing instruction and education to patient, family, and caregivers Participating in multidisciplinary patient care meetings Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment Participating in appropriate, approved educational and clinical research activities Job Types: PRN, Contract Pay: $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Medical Specialty: Pediatrics Schedule: No weekends License/Certification: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License (Required) Work Location: In person
