Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to prospective healthcare candidates through our tailored platform and your own network. Engage with potential candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest levels. Arrange appointments for candidates with our recruiters for follow-up screenings. Maintain contact with leads to ensure ongoing interest and support throughout the hiring process. Update and keep thorough records in our applicant tracking system. Earn commission for every meeting set, interview conducted, and hire completed through your leads. Your Keys to SuccessExcellent written and spoken communication abilities.
