Per Visit Physical TherapistVNA Care is seeking per visit physical therapists for home health visits. Must have home health and Oasis E experience.Daily rate: $480, varies based on number of visits and types of visits.Work any combination of days and hours. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.Visits are scheduled in a tight geographic area each day.
