Clinical Support Technician

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.Position Summary:This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.Required Qualifications:* Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:* High school diploma or GED* 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience* Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire* Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:* Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA)* . No online only courses accepted.* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Demonstrated organizational skills* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling* Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner* Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:* Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experienceCurrent BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained.
