About UsProject World Impact (PWI) is a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations and mission-driven businesses achieve their goals through digital marketing solutions.Position OverviewA client-facing role serving as the primary point of contact for nonprofits interested in PWI’s Google Ad Grant management services.This role works closely with both current Google Ads clients and prospective Google Ads clients. Responsibilities include building strong relationships, training clients, communicating Google Ads account updates, identifying upsell opportunities to help clients reach their goals, and ensuring nonprofits feel supported, informed, and confident in the work being delivered.Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship ManagementLead client meetings, share updates, address issues, and gather feedback.Manage client progress within the team, drive satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.Act as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.2. Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify upsell opportunities and support client growth.May participate in proposal writing to support new business opportunities.3. Reporting and AnalyticsDeliver client reports with KPIs, insights, and performance metrics.Monitor digital marketing performance and optimize for goals.Track results to ensure project success and client ROI.RequirementsClient Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled at building client relationships via digital meetings.Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, etc.).Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs, project management, and reporting tools.Data Analysis: Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights.Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.ExperienceRelationship Management: 2 years (Required)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Position Type & CompensationThe role is flexible for the right candidate.
