The pay scale for this position is $40000 - $60000 / year

Specific Job Duties:
Comply with all safety standards, policies, and procedures
Operate equipment such as backhoe, skid loader, mini excavator
Maintain a clean work area, comply with housekeeping requirements
Assist Electricians with installation of pvc and grs conduit
Install manholes and in-ground pull boxes
Ability to supervise 1-2 helpers
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
Perform other job site duties as needed when not operating equipment
Layout and install Light poles
Pour and finish concrete pole bases and pads for transformers, generators, and other electrical equipment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and frequently carry 40 lbs. unassisted
Ability to lift tools, pipe, and fixtures overhead
Ability to work at heights including climbing on ladders, scaffolding and staircases
Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as bend, crouch, kneel and work in small spaces
Must be able to use hands to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects
Other Requirements:
Punctual and regular attendance
Ability to work on a team and interact with people
Ability to pass company equipment operator tests
Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
Must have the ability to travel to job sites
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Valid commercial driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy
