Warehouse Admin/Forklift Operator - Weekly Pay

Job Description **Must be able to do admin work and operate a forklift. **Gojob is hiring an Warehouse Clerk/Forklift Operator in Canal Winchester, OH. You will be responsible for inventory tracking, shipping and receiving documentation, reporting, sit-down forklift operation, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining safe and organized warehouse operations.Responsibilities:Administrative DutiesMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.Update and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.Generate reports on stock levels, order statuses, and warehouse activities.Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and other documentation.. Forklift OperationsSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Load, unload, move, and stack materials as required.Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.Conduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory auditsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2 or more years warehouse or logistics experience required; inventory, WMS, shipping and receivingBilingual preferredCertified to operate sit down forkliftStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse/inventory management systems.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to balance office responsibilities with physical warehouse tasks.At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
