Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals Manufacturer seeking a Project Manager to join the team.-Experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals. Including materials, fabrication processes and methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, delivery methods.-strong communication and relationship management skills- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced fluid environment without supervision-Proficiency with reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications-General oversight with submittals-Direct contact for customers- excellent problem-solving skills-Assist with estimating change orders-Collaborate with Production Manager on scheduling work and finished goods delivery-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills-Highly organized, accurate and detail orientedComputer Programs:Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Computer EaseQualifications:-Experience with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, reinforcing steel, concreteEducation:Minimum of associates degree in Drafting/Estimating or construction management
