Company Description Aurora Wellness is an outpatient psychiatric practice with in-person locations in White Plains, NY and Brooklyn, NY, providing comprehensive mental health care to adults across New York State. Our services include psychiatric medication management delivered both in person and via telehealth, therapy, as well as in-person Spravato (esketamine) treatment at our physical locations. Aurora Wellness focuses on evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care, with an emphasis on thoughtful medication management, careful monitoring, and continuity of care. Our clinical team works closely with patients and referring providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care in a supportive outpatient setting. Role Description The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care, within a collaborative model with physicians for consultation and support as needed. Care may be delivered via telehealth and/or in person, offering meaningful schedule flexibility depending on preference and licensure. Our dedicated backend team handles credentialing, scheduling, and billing, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care rather than administrative responsibilities. This is a 100% outpatient role with no call or inpatient requirements. Qualifications Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an active New York State license Experience or strong interest in outpatient psychiatry and mental health care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered, ethical, and confidential care Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing adult psychiatric patients independently in an outpatient setting Experience providing psychiatric medication management is preferred Prior experience with Spravato (esketamine) treatment is a plus, but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
