Role: Sales EngineerLocation: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid / Remote options available depending on location)Term: PermanentSalary: $110,000 – $120,000 per annum + Bonus + BenefitsOur client, a well-established industrial engineering organisation delivering engineered process solutions across a range of heavy industrial sectors, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their technical sales team. This role focuses on supporting the design and application and process control solutions within complex industrial environments.This is a client-facing, engineering-led position that bridges technical design and commercial execution, working closely with customers and internal teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions from enquiry through to delivery.The Sales Engineer's role will involve:• Partnering with Account Managers to develop and support technical opportunities across key industrial accounts• Engaging with customers to understand process requirements and translate them into engineered solutions• Supporting selection, specification, and quotation of process control equipment• Acting as a technical liaison between customers, internal teams, and suppliers• Providing pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and application guidance• Supporting project handover to ensure alignment between specification and delivery• Identifying opportunities for upgrades and improved solutions within existing accountsThe Sales Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)• 5+ years of experience in process industries, industrial equipment, or applications engineering• Experience in a technical customer-facing role such as sales engineering or applications engineering• Ability to translate engineering requirements into practical solutions• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Exposure to flow control, automation, or instrumentation is highly beneficial• Experience in specification-led or project-based environments preferredFor more information about this Sales Engineer – Process Solutions opportunity, please apply or contact Jack Smillie at Jsmillie@pgrec.com for a detailed discussion.Premier Group
