Job Title: Business Central Analyst III Job ID: 87701 Location: Frisco, Texas Overview: Our client, a veteran owned retail brand is looking for a Business Central Analyst to take ownership of supporting, improving, and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across business and technical teams to keep systems running smoothly while driving meaningful process improvements. If you're someone who understands both how the business operates and how the system supports it, this role puts you right in the middle of that impact. What you will be doing: Business Central Support & Optimization Act as the go-to resource for Business Central users across the organizationTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to transactions, configurations, permissions, and workflowsSupport key business functions including:Sales & Customer ManagementPurchasing & Vendor ManagementFinance & AccountingInventory PlanningWarehouse OperationsIdentify recurring issues and implement long-term solutionsMaintain system integrity through documentation and process control System Enhancements & Technical Support Configure and optimize Business Central to meet evolving business needsSupport extensions, customizations, and upgradesCreate/modify reports, workflows, queries, and pagesPartner with developers and third-party vendors on enhancements and integrationsContribute to documentation, testing, and release readiness Reporting, Integrations & Process Improvement Support reporting needs and data analysisAssist with integrations using APIs, web services, or middlewareIdentify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency Requirements & Delivery Gather and translate business requirements into system solutionsSupport testing, deployment, and user adoptionDevelop training materials and user documentationEnsure compliance with internal controls and security standards What you must have:5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business CentralStrong understanding of ERP workflows (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.)Experience supporting users in a fast-paced ERP environmentKnowledge of:Business Central extensions and AL conceptsReporting and ERP data structuresAPIs, OData, or SOAP integrationsStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users Nice to have:Experience with Business Central customizations and extensionsBackground in Finance, Supply Chain, or Accounting systemsBachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Salary/Rate Range: $95,000 - $125,000 + Benefits Other Information: Work Environment Onsite role based in Frisco, TXOccasional after-hours support may be required Why Join Us Be part of a company with a strong mission and long-term visionWork in a collaborative, growth-focused environmentOpportunity to make a direct impact on business operations and systemsContinuous learning and development opportunities If you are looking for an opportunity to be a critical piece within a growing company's IT infrastructure than this career opportunity is for you!
