Qualifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipmentStrong quality control and assurance skills to ensure accurate test resultsAdvanced laboratory and analytical skills for diagnostic testingExperience or certification in laboratory technician processes and proceduresExcellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex protocolsStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with molecular testing and diagnostic processes is a plus
