This temporary role offers strong advancement potential into mid-level or senior recruiting roles, corporate positions, or leadership opportunities.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (full-desk recruiting), including business development, client relationships, and candidate recruitment.Recruit, source, and engage qualified healthcare providers to meet client staffing needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent solutions.Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and update applicant information within the ATS.Present qualified candidates to clients, manage offer negotiations, and guide candidates through credentialing and onboarding.Provide ongoing support and high-quality customer service to both clients and healthcare providers to ensure assignments run smoothly.Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.On-the-job training will be provided.
