Our team prides itself on technical expertise, reliability, and exceptional customer care.Role Overview:The Office Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the HVAC Service Division, supporting field technicians, coordinating service calls, maintaining administrative workflows, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is critical in providing excellent customer service while keeping the service team organized and efficient.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians for maintenance, service calls, and emergenciesServe as the main point of contact for technicians and customers, managing work orders and service ticketsMaintain accurate service records, timesheets, reports, and assist with invoicing coordinationSupport field teams with materials, documentation, and job informationTrack KPIs, generate reports, and identify operational inefficienciesRequirements:High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred2+ years administrative, dispatch, or coordination experience; HVAC or service industry preferredStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/service management softwareAbility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelated / Similar Job Titles:Service CoordinatorDispatch CoordinatorHVAC Administrative Assistant
