Understanding the agile mindset, various systems (AGV, ACR, AMR), and basic DevOps philosophies is key to success in supporting our groundbreaking projects. You will be responsible for the ongoing successful operation of Hai Implemented systems at your resident location and reporting to our Customer Service and Support Department. Technical Configuration & Systems Support
Assist in configuring firmware for various hardware components like robots, conveyors, servers, and scanners.
Offer ongoing support and maintenance to our robotics systems during and post-deployment to ensure seamless operations of HAI products.
Ability to perform basic DevOps operations.
Software Testing & Implementation
Collaborate in software testing during project implementation and support.
Test the fully integrated HAIQ-Warehouse Management System with customers or vendor sub-systems.
Site Inspections & Deployment Oversight
Conduct site inspections and evaluations, overseeing grid line marking and floor DM code adherence
Certification Requirements
You will be required to pass HAI's FAE certificationQualifications
Education
At least an Associate's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience or technical training.Required Experience
Entry-level exposure or knowledge in supporting AGV, ACR, or AMR solution implementations
Some knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS integration and PLC, but not required
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations
Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting for task automation
Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routers
Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset
Basic understanding or knowledge of DevOps philosophies
Must be willing to live in the location of the assigned project for the life of the contractPreferred
Proficiency in Chinese (advantageous but not mandatory
