Microbiology Manager
JCW is currently searching for an experienced Microbiologist to join one of our clients based in the Green Bay area. The incumbent will be the Technical leader for a 50+ person lab responsible for managing the Shift Supervisors and being the go-to for all Micro queries. Relocation is available for the selected candidate.Requirements:5+ years in a Microbiology-focused role.Prior experience as a people leader, ideally in a commercial laboratory setting.Entrepreneurial spirit, customer-focused, and a strong sense of accountability/ownership.Fully recognize this post is limited, but if this sounds like you and you want to make an impact for a growing company - please apply!
