Construction Production Manager

What we need now is a Construction Production Manager ready to lead production operations, build strong teams, and execute high-quality landscape construction projects.The RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day production within our commercial construction division. You will lead multiple production crews across large commercial landscape construction projects while coordinating equipment, materials, scheduling, and field operations. You’ll work directly with general contractors, foremen, vendors, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, professionally and profitably.What You’ll Be DoingProduction & SchedulingOversee commercial field workers and daily production activitiesManage schedules, manpower, and equipment across active projectsEnsure work is completed on time and to company standardsBudgets & ResourcesManage labor budgets and crew efficiencyTrack inventories, tools, and materialsSupport purchasing and vendor coordinationTeam LeadershipLead, coach, and develop foremen, crew leaders, and field staffBuild accountability and a high-performance cultureQuality & PerformanceMonitor job progress, productivity, and costsSolve problems quickly and improve field operationsEnforce safety and quality expectationsCustomer & GC ExperienceRepresent the company professionally on jobsitesCommunicate effectively with GCs, inspectors, subcontractors, and clientsHelp maintain strong relationships through execution and reliabilityWho We’re Looking ForThis role is best suited for someone who is wired to lead, organize, and get things done.You might be:A Production Manager in landscaping or construction ready for a bigger opportunityA Foreman or Superintendent ready to step into broader leadershipA strong operator who enjoys working outdoors, leading people, and making the world more beautifulExperience5-7+ years of project, production, or operations management experienceStrong understanding of landscape construction, field production, and jobsite operationsLandscape and irrigation experience preferredConstruction background is helpfulExperience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneouslyAbility to analyze job costs, labor efficiency, and budgetsProficient in Microsoft Office and project management softwareBilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plusRequirementsHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong leadership presenceHigh ownership mentalityCalm under pressure and solution-focusedExcellent communicator with teams and clientsDriven to improve people, projects, and performanceWhat You’re Walking IntoA 60-year-old family-owned business that doesn’t act like one that’s slowing down.
