This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant setting that celebrates food, drink, and great company. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality * Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales * Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas following food safety guidelines * Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting stations as needed to ensure smooth operations *Skills* * Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management * Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightclubs * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts * Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques including drink presentation * Ability to process cash handling accurately and efficiently while maintaining professionalism during transactions * Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for supporting food preparation or understanding menu offerings * Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us if you’re passionate about hospitality!
