Since that time, the firm was grown to over 75 employees and now represents clients in Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, and Utah.Our practice areas have also expanded to include Workers' Compensation Defense, Appellate Law, Labor and Employment Law, General Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, and Subrogation and Recovery.About the JobWe are currently searching for a tenacious, perceptive Associate Attorney to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of workers' compensation cases for our Arizona client base with work experience of 1-2 years in litigation. We are prepared to mentor and train our new team members.Responsibilities and Requirements:To be successful as an Associate Attorney in our practice the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, calendar, deadline and time management skills, and good billing habits.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate case management skills.Exhibit strong analytical skillsHave the ability to multi-task in the fast pace of workers' compensation defenseIdeal candidates will be licensed in Arizona or will have plans to become licensed in Arizona.Strong written and verbal communication skills1 year of workers' compensation defense, or similar, preferredPollart Miller offers a generous benefits package which includes the following:Hybrid and full remote work environment.
