For the Fence Foreman, this means leading and overseeing day-to-day fence installation projects while assuming responsibility for managing crews on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule and within scope.Your Day-to-DayOversee daily fence installations and supervise on-site crew performance to ensure quality workAssist with residential and commercial job site assessments and provide input on installation planning and logisticsEnsure job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance to promote a safe work environmentCoordinate daily work assignments and review crew schedules with a focus on labor efficiency and project timelinesAddress on-site client questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction and uphold Adams' service standardsMonitor on-site material usage and inventory needs to minimize downtime and reduce wasteTroubleshoot and resolve field challenges such as crew absences, unexpected conditions, or delaysTrain crew members on proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and site protocols to build a skilled and dependable teamIf assigned, support hiring efforts by participating in interviews, providing performance feedback, and assisting with employee coachingKeep detailed records of work completed, material usage, and crew activities to support compliance and operational efficiencyWhat you bring to the FarmAt least two to five years of foreman experience in fence installation or related construction tradesProficiency in reading site plans, evaluating job scope, and applying problem-solving skills in the fieldStrong leadership, communication, and client interaction skills to ensure professionalism and high-quality service on every job siteValid driver's license and physical ability to navigate job sites and operate necessary equipmentAbility to demonstrate, encourage, and lead by example in alignment with Adams' culture and valuesProactively identify on-site improvements, take ownership of responsibilities, and resolve issues independently to keep projects moving forwardExhibit enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowledge about Adams' services and standards of qualityWorking ConditionsAbility to work a flexible schedule to manage varying business demandsAbility to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. At Adams, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation.
