Job Description Position Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic, Life Insurance Agents to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home while occasionally meeting with clients or attending team gatherings, trainings, networking events, table booth set ups, etc in the Dallas area. As a Life Insurance Agent, you’ll play a vital role in assisting clients in understanding their options and choosing the best plans to protect their families and assets. This position is ideal for someone motivated to start a career in financial services, who has a winning & solution mindset with opportunities for growth and mentorship.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.Key Responsibilities:Educate potential clients on life insurance options, addressing questions and concerns to help them make informed decisions.Booth and Table set ups at networking eventsConduct virtual and in-person consultations with prospective clients to assess their financial needs and goals.Develop personalized life insurance recommendations based on clients’ unique situations.Follow up with leads, build strong client relationships, and provide ongoing support.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and follow-ups.Participate in training sessions to grow knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and industry best practices.Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously enhance sales skills and product expertise.Willingness to Contribute Beyond Job Scope: Demonstrates a proactive attitude in supporting Legacy Army Financial Group's mission, including assisting in company-wide initiatives, sharing insights for growth, and contributing to team success in any capacity as needed.
