Join us !We are currently looking for a Staffing Coordinator, to join our dedicated team at Mountain Laurel Rehabilitation and Nursing. This position will be filled by a candidate with previous experience in staffing and long-term care.This position provides several benefits including: overtime opportunities, paid in-service training, referral and incentive bonuses , and employee recognition programs .Pay and Compensation: You will earn a Competitive pay rateAdditional compensation includes:1.5X Holiday Pay1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per weekReferral Bonus when a friend you referred to us joins our teamBenefits401kPayActiv, - Access to Earned Income Prior to Pay DayTuition reimbursement through ECPICorporate childcare program in the works!Responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator :· Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month.· Assist with finding call-in replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.· Answer phones, assist visitors and residents, and relay communications.· Carry out additional administrative support as needed, including but not limited to:o Recruiting and Retaining Staffo Maintaining a budget and ppdRequirements of the Staffing Coordinator:High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.Must have a current/active CPR certification.Effective verbal and written English communication skills.Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
