Project Manager – Architecture

Here is your opportunity to join a mid-size architecture firm that has been on the forefront of large public/civic projects for over forty years!As an architecture Project Manager, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including project scheduling, budgets and project set-up. This Project Manager will work collaboratively with a small team to ensure that all projects are on schedule and within budget. Focused on Budget, Schedule and QualityCommitment to effective communication, quality control and project deliveryEffectively manage agreement, scope and project participant alignmentMonitor design service, align owner expectations, and collaborate on construction teamThis is an immediate opportunity for a manager / doer to join a mid-sized Twin Cities architecture firm has been operating successfully for over 40 years. Project focus includes government and civic design including public facilities.Current projects range in size from $20M - $50M and there is plenty of work for stable employment through the summer of 2020.What You Will Need:8-15 years of progressive experience in an architecture firmProfessional architectural registration, or close to becoming licensedExperience managing projects from programming through construction administrationKnowledge of specifications writing helpfulExcellent communication and time management skillsExperience with projects that are publicly bidProficient with Revit
