An international semiconductor machinery company is actively seeking an Entry Level Semiconductor Field Service Engineer to join their facility near Phoenix, AZ.Responsibilities of Entry Level Semiconductor Field Service EngineerEnsure machineries at customer sites are working properlyPerform machinery programing, maintenance/troubleshooting at customer siteInstall the new machinery and perform preventative maintenanceWork on engineering drawing, schematics, manuals, and training for customersAnalyze the current production flow and efficiency and provide consultation for process improvementMaintain clean and safe workplace and ensure the team follows company procedure and policiesAnalyze the existing system and implement action plans for quality improvementCommunicate with customers effectively and handle difficult situationsBuild and maintain a professional relationship with team members for effective communicationFollow all OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, EPA standards for optimal operations for the facilityPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications of Entry Level Semiconductor Field Service EngineerBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience or equivalent experienceAbility to join 1 year training overseas0-1years of experience of engineering internshipStrong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the teamAbility to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environmentExcellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task and perform duties time efficientlyTeam-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially ExcelWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
