Restaurant Account Coordinator

Restaurant Accounting Coordinator Liang’s Thai Food– Broomfield/Thornton, COLiang’s Thai Food is a growing multi-location restaurant group seeking a detail-oriented Restaurant Accounting Coordinator to help manage our day-to-day bookkeeping and financial organization.This role will work directly with ownership and assist with financial tracking, reconciliations, reporting, and operational accounting across our restaurant locations.Responsibilities:• Monthly P&L preparation • Bank and credit card reconciliations • Track and categorize company spending • Accounts payable and vendor tracking • Payroll coordination and reporting • Reconcile Clover/POS sales and delivery platform deposits • Track labor, food cost, and operational expenses • Assist with sales tax preparation and financial reporting • Maintain organized financial records in QuickBooks • Assist with inter-location transfer tracking and cash flow managementPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting/bookkeeping preferred • QuickBooks experience required • Familiarity with Clover, Toast, or restaurant POS systems is a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality • Understanding of restaurant operations and financial reportingPosition Details:• Part-time or full-time depending on experience • Flexible schedule • Hybrid/remote possible for the right candidate • Compensation based on experienceWe are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company long-term and become part of our operational team.
