Our commitment is to deliver efficient and innovative systems that meet the unique needs of every client.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Controller, you will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accounting standards, optimizing financial processes, managing accounts payable and receivable, and leading the finance team. You will also provide strategic financial insights and contribute to business decision-making processes.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, financial planning, and reportingProficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial audits managementProven ability in financial analysis, forecasting, and providing strategic insightsExcellent leadership and team management skillsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExperience in ERP systems, especially PlexStrong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferredExperience in the manufacturing industry or a similar field is a plus
