Packing Floater / Pack Operator (Temp Opportunity)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking Packing Floaters (Pack Operators) to join a fast-paced and growing production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, team collaboration, and a dynamic environment where responsibilities rotate throughout the shift.In this position, you will support multiple production lines to ensure products are assembled, inspected, and packaged according to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPull finished product from an overhead conveyor systemAssist with light assembly tasks as needed (e.g., installing shelves or doors)Inspect products to ensure quality standards are metPackage products according to work instructionsSupport multiple production lines to maintain workflow and efficiencyWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsWork EnvironmentTeam-based production lines with 5–13 employees per lineRotating tasks throughout the shift to reduce repetitive motionFast-paced, production-driven environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 10–30 lbs regularly (team lift required for heavier items)Ability to stand and remain active for up to 10-hour shiftsComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentQualificationsManufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to a high-performing team.
