Business Development ManagerResults-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in UHF RFID across different market verticals, such as general retail, retail food, logistics, industry, pharma & healthcare, automotive and smart manufacturing.This role covers developing new markets, direct customer engagement to build design-win pipeline, win strategic accounts, and influence the ecosystem (end users, integrators, tag/reader partners).The person has to be capable of positioning our UCODE portfolio and drive adoption by partnering with end users and solution providers. Success will be measured by qualified pipeline creation, design wins, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Execute the go-to-market strategy for target verticalsWin sockets in end user pilots and at lighthouse projectsExpand our share at inlay customers, converters and end users.Build relationships and partner with other value chain players (tag manufacturers, reader OEMs, systems integrators) to win projectsCapture voice-of-customer to inform product line about market requirements.
