You will work on-site at our Parsippany, NJ plant, contributing to our success through your expertise and dedication.Essential FunctionsSet up and operate electro-chemical machines to cut metal workpieces to specifications.Plan machine operations based on operation sheets and product requirements.Dress electrodes and identify conditions that render them unusable.Secure workpieces using clamps, vices, or holding fixtures.Adjust acid flow and monitor machine operations.Inspect workpieces for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.Document part status and quality information electronically.Maintain production and quality standards, reporting issues to the manager.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of one-year experience in industrial manufacturing as a machine operator.Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to work overtime, including occasional weekend shifts.Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).PreferencesPositive, team-centered attitude fostering a collaborative environment.Experience with computerized shop floor tools.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for multiple assembly tasks.Call to Action: Ready to take the next step in your career?
