The firm leverages its deep network and proprietary deal flow to execute on acquisitions across retail, industrial, and multifamily as well as capitalize on commercial development opportunities, with a primary focus on multifamily and retail development. The team is lean and entrepreneurial, offering the future hire direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful involvement across the investment lifecycle.As an Analyst or Associate, you will play a dual role supporting both asset management and acquisitions functions. The role demands someone eager to contribute across workstreams in a high-touch environment.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport underwriting, financial evaluation, and analysis for acquisitions across multifamily, retail, and industrial asset classesAssist with transaction execution and closing processes, including due diligence coordination and third-party report reviewMonitor and manage existing assets, including oversight of third-party brokers and property managersComplete CAM reconciliations for YE reviewFulfill ad hoc requests across asset management and acquisitions as neededCandidate Profile1 to 5 years of experience in real estate finance, investments, or a related fieldStrong Excel proficiency and AI familiarityBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related fieldDetail oriented, ambitious, and collaborative
