This is a newly created position supporting a well-established urologist in a brand-new urology clinic opening August 1.The practice offers access to cutting-edge technology, including Da Vinci 5 robotics and Aquablation (Aquabeam), within a supportive, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for an APP who enjoys procedural work, surgical collaboration, and helping build a practice from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesMondayFriday schedule with a mix of clinic, hospital rounding, and proceduresManage approximately 1520 patients per dayAssist with urologic surgeries and provide post-operative carePerform in-office procedures such as urodynamics, cystoscopy, and ultrasoundParticipate in a 1:4 call rotation with shared holiday coverageCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staffCandidate QualificationsPA-C or APRN with Florida license (or eligibility)Surgical or procedural experience preferred; OR background a plusStrong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsMission-driven mindset with a passion for whole-person careNew graduates encouraged with relevant surgical or urology rotationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits from Day OneMalpractice coverage and CME allowanceGenerous paid time offSupportive, collegial work environment backed by the strength of the AdventHealth networkCity Palm Coast State FL
