We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of insurance technology initiatives, with a focus on Duck Creek implementations. This role requires strong ownership of project execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.Key Responsibilities:Drive full project lifecycle from planning to successful deliveryTrack progress, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure quality outcomesCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless executionDefine project scope and develop detailed plans/roadmapsManage risks, issues, and change requests effectivelyProvide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholdersForecast resource needs and monitor utilization and performanceSupport team development and performance managementLead cloud migration assessments (on-prem vs colocation/DCOD environments)Required Skills:Strong Project Management experience (PMP/CSM preferred)Experience in Duck Creek implementationsInsurance domain knowledge (Commercial Lines is a plus)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSoft Skills:Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teamsStrong facilitation and problem-solving skillsClear and confident communication with leadership and teams
