About The RoleAs a Designer, you will implement the creative vision and maintain the visual integrity of all marketing creative collateral.What You’ll DoSolve creative challenges and continue to build creative that delivers on business objectives and strategyImplement projects from conception to completion within an established creative visionCollaborate with cross-functional partners on all projects as necessary to develop creative solutionsCollaborate with Project Management and In-store Marketing to keep projects on track and schedule and assist with timeline developmentMaintain job notes on critical design details for future referenceMaintain an organized file management system and file serverCreate and maintain current, up-to-date style guidesAdditional tasks may be assignedRequiredWhat Skills You Have2-5 years design experienceStrong organization, time management and multitasking skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsBFA or equivalent degree MAC proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe AcrobatThorough understanding of typography and design compositionSolid understanding of creative print-ready filesPreferredExperience with retail workflow, processes, and structureKnowledge of four-color, spot, and digital printing processes and prepress requirementsPhoto art direction experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to present creative ideas in a professional, organized mannerStrong understanding of photography and digital imaging
