Counter Sales - Electrical Supply

Family-owned and built for the long haul, we believe reliability matters—on the road, at the dock, and in our people.Counter Sales/Customer Service-Electrical Position Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via text that is friendly, helpful, fast, and accurate. Process customers’ orders efficiently and accurately.Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner, assess their needs and recommend products based on their requirements.Determine product availability and delivery timelines by coordinating with vendors.Maintain and grow existing customer base. Build relationships with customers, learn about their business, and establish how you can help them. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, purchasing notes, flyers, and industry publications. Provide post-sale customer support, including follow-ups, troubleshooting, invoice concerns, etc. Inform and explain ongoing and upcoming special promotions, programs, and spiffs Experience/Knowledge Requirements: Previous customer service required (2-3 yrs) Previous Sales Experience Preferred Previous electrical products knowledge (2-3yrs)  Ability to use Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Text, Internet Familiar with ProKeep, IBMi a plus Physical/Mental/Environmental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
