This role is designed for a strategic, hands-on B2B marketer who can help translate go-to-market strategy into buyer engagement, demand generation, and sales readiness across complex offerings.Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, this individual will work closely with marketing leadership on product marketing, campaign execution, sales enablement, and go-to-market deliverables. This key person will be expected to execute strongly against the audience segmentation, value propositions, and launch strategy direction, contribute thoughtful recommendations, and help refine the work over time. The role will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and freelance resources to turn launch activity into qualified demand and sales support while also supporting other Cure business lines. This is a full-time role based in New York City.ROLE OBJECTIVESSupport go-to-market execution for an upcoming product launch in partnership with marketing leadershipTurn launch awareness into qualified demand, buyer engagement, and pipelineBuild the product marketing, lifecycle, and HubSpot infrastructure needed to support complex B2B offeringsEquip leadership and commercial stakeholders with the messaging, collateral, and insights needed to convert priority accounts across priority business lines with multiple stakeholdersKEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecute go-to-market programs for an upcoming product launch across pre-launch, launch, and growth phases, translating strategy into clear campaigns, workflows, and milestones in partnership with marketing leadershipActivate and evolve audience segmentation, buyer journeys, value propositions, and message architecturePartner on product marketing deliverables including positioning, core messaging, proof points, FAQs, one-pagers, decks, and objection-handling materialsCreate sales enablement tools and campaign materials that help convert interest into meetings, opportunities, and revenue, while continuously analyzing performance and recommending optimizationsBuild and optimize HubSpot lifecycle stages, lead scoring, account structure, campaign tracking, and reporting dashboards to support pipeline visibility and follow-up across the upcoming product and other Cure business linesDevelop and execute demand generation programs, account-based marketing efforts, and nurture flows for priority audiences, including email journeys, webinar follow-up, and eventsPartner with Cure leadership, the performance marketing agency, PR agency, and freelance copywriter to align paid, earned, owned, and sales-support efforts around pipeline goals across membership, event and workspace rentals, the upcoming product, and future business linesQUALIFICATIONS7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or account-based marketingStrong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including lifecycle design, workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and reportingProven ability to market high-consideration or multi-stakeholder products and translate engagement into pipeline and revenue outcomes; experience supporting data, insights, membership, event, workspace, or similarly complex offerings is a plusExcellent strategic thinking, writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable operating with autonomy while partnering closely with leadership in a lean, fast-paced environmentExperience in healthcare, life sciences, data products, insights products, membership businesses, event or workspace marketing, or similarly complex B2B environments is a plusWORK ENVIRONMENTThis is an on-site role based in New York City. Cure follows a Monday–Thursday in-office and Friday remote policy.
