Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Commercial Security Systems Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, conducting business planning, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include presenting security solutions to potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Strong Sales and Account Management skills to develop and maintain client relationshipsExperience in Customer Service, ensuring positive client interactions and satisfactionKnowledge of Business Planning and the ability to craft strategies for client growthBackground in Insurance or related fields is advantageousProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsEffective communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyPrevious experience in the commercial security industry is a plus
