Operations ManagerLocation: Holland, MI (On‑site)Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base salary + 5% bonus (paid quarterly)Reports to: COOOverviewWe are seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at our Holland, MI facility. This role is responsible for overseeing both high‑volume production and low‑volume/custom job shop operations, driving continuous improvement, and developing a strong, engaged operations team.
