Assistant Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the business.
Duties
- Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Assist in supervising staff and providing guidance
- Help with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to creating and implementing sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring financial transactions
- Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and profit margins
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficiency in sales techniques and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
