This role is responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and have a keen attention to detail.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the management team and departmentsAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communicationsCoordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsPrepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentationsMaintain office supplies and manage inventoryAssist in organizing company events and other administrative tasks as neededHandle confidential information with discretionUpdate and manage office filing systemsPerform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and clerical tasksQualificationsProven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
