We understand the demands of bedside nursing and offer an opportunity to practice with greater autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient impact.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager with a strong clinical background in patient assessment and care planning to join our team.This role is ideal for a nurse looking to step into a more independent position while still utilizing hands-on clinical skills. As an RN Case Manager, you will conduct initial patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop individualized care plans.
