Security Field Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Our Field Operations Manager must have a strong work ethic, the highest level of integrity, possess the ability to lead others, be drug free, physically fit, and be client focused. The Field Operations Manager will organize and oversee all security operations for their assigned area of responsibility. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where our team provides exemplary service ensuring that our clients, their customers, and property are safe and well-protected. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. Recruit, train, and supervise security officers. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms. Investigate and resolve issues. Maintain a strong client relationship. Requirements and skills Proven experience as security manager or similar leadership position DPSST certification Extremely committed and fully reliable Experience using relevant technology and equipment. Experience in reporting and emergency response planning. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices Working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills High school diploma: Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.
